Retail Human Resources Manager

The primary responsibility of the Retail Human Resources Manager lies in overseeing all human resource functions across multiple store locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Strategic recruitment and selection of top talent to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Employee relations management and conflict resolution through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Performance management and evaluation to drive employee engagement and growth.
  • Compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Development and implementation of training programs to upskill and reskill the workforce.

This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role within the retail industry.
