Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create a positive work environment, improve communication, and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Partner with international HR staff to ensure alignment of HR processes across global offices.
  • Provide strategic support to management on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and timely resolutions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior leadership on HR metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
