Order To Cash Operations Leader

Job Summary:

This is a leadership position responsible for managing the Order-To-Cash process across various geographies and business units. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end processes, including system workflows, governance, and future direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Order-To-Cash operations in Cebu, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Design and implement strategies to reduce overtime through automation and process efficiencies.
  • Work closely with the Transformation Team and Technology Enablement Team to initiate process improvements or system enhancements.
  • Regularly review internal and external KPIs, identify potential risks, and lead the team to ensure achievement of service level agreements.
  • Monitor and assure achievement of annual operating budget and key performance metrics.
Global Process Owners:
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align processes, drive efficiency, and promote a consistent approach to work instruction development and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve data management and control, leveraging expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Provide leadership and direction to regions, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication across operating companies and stakeholders, driving change management and process adherence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum ten (10) years' cumulative experience in finance shared services, especially Collections, Cash Application, and disputes.
  • At least 5 years managerial experience in managing a group of at least 15 business professionals.
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and leverage expertise in lean training, financial reporting tools, and end-to-end automation solutions.
