Senior Treasury Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven track record in cash management, forecasting, and risk analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure timely funding of company operations. They will also maintain banking relationships, oversee bank account administration, monitor service fees, and address anomalies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.
    • Maintain banking relationships, oversee bank account administration.
    • Evaluate, recommend, and implement process improvements within treasury operations.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present regular and ad-hoc cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activity reports to senior management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Treasury professional will work closely with the accounting and financial planning teams to provide timely treasury insights to support business decisions. They will also lead or participate in treasury-related projects, including automation initiatives and process streamlining.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in treasury functions (cash management, forecasting, debt, and bank relations).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards; VBA or Power Query automation is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Mature, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiar with financial ERP systems and treasury management systems (TMS).
  • Team player who collaborates with diverse stakeholders.
