Job Description

The Senior Manager and Global Process Owner, Order to Cash is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Cebu Order To Cash process. This includes managing system workflows, governance, and future direction.

The role involves conducting regular process assessments to identify bottlenecks and root causes for potential improvements. Additionally, it requires leading regular reviews and maintaining updated operational guides and process manuals.

This position demands strong leadership skills to develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime through automation and process efficiencies. Collaboration with Transformation and Technology Enablement teams is also essential to initiate improvements or system enhancements to achieve cost savings.

Responsibilities include regularly reviewing internal and external KPIs (pre-QBR) and identifying future risk. The Senior Manager and Global Process Owner must lead the Cebu OtC process to meet service level agreements with stakeholders (Operating Companies). Ensuring timely, accurate, and quality processes to meet or exceed customer expectations is also crucial.

Maintaining a business continuity plan for process and people to sustain service delivery during disruptions is another critical aspect of this role.Overall, this position requires strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills to drive results-oriented solutions.
