We're seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Operations Administrator. This role involves building organizational foundations, managing full-cycle recruitment, and creating detailed job descriptions aligned with U.S. labor laws.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring legal and administrative staff.
  • Create comprehensive job descriptions and offer letters in compliance with U.S. labor regulations.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, optimize ATS tools, and streamline onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably with U.S.-based clients or the legal industry.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor regulations, HR best practices, and employment law.
  • Experience in creating HR policies, onboarding programs, and internal systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed individual.
