Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn by providing innovative educational solutions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of education.

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with our internal teams to improve and implement our recruitment process. You will be responsible for assessing candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and determining whether candidates progress to the next stage of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage recruitment pipelines, publish job ads on various portals, interview and onboard candidates.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Interview candidates and maintain a database of employees for future vacancies.
  • Analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Recommend improvements or changes to recruitment software and processes.
  • Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position.
  • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with major job sites.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
  • Own laptop or desktop with internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
