Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a remote position. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying high-quality candidates to meet our consulting and project-based needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job analysis, postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timely experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings.
  • Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required.
  • U.S.-based recruitment experience is required; familiarity with employment classifications (W-2, 1099, C2C) preferred.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, concise, and persuasive).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
