We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications in line with business needs;
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies;
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through various channels;
- Manage the organization's applicant tracking system;
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience;
- Promote employment opportunities within the organization;
- Provide recruitment reports to department managers;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
