Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts, specializing in identifying and acquiring top talent for various roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, generating interest among potential candidates, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to support current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to source and prequalify candidates for specific client requirements.
- Promote candidate interest through targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, job postings, and other strategic approaches.
- Evaluate candidate profiles, gauge interest levels, and timing via phone calls and emails to pre-qualify suitable talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates on behalf of the team.
- Develop and maintain contact information for active pipeline candidates.
- Identify innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates.
- Maintain and update ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and other databases with new and modified candidate records.
Candidate Management:
- Develop and refine job descriptions and specifications based on market demands.
- Gather and maintain contact information and talent lists from online sources, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Efficiently manage a strong candidate flow, emphasizing the importance of talent acquisition.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates for open positions and internal interviews.
- Support client/candidate coordination on behalf of team members, ensuring a seamless process.
