Job Description

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective learning programs for learners across various roles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and eLearning authoring tools. They will be responsible for developing course content, graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, and live virtual learning experiences.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well with global stakeholders, and have a strong ability to build relationships and influence peers and key stakeholders.

This is a full-time position that requires a self-starter who can identify problems, evaluate options, and initiate solutions. The individual should be motivated by challenges and have a positive outlook.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to occasionally flex hours to collaborate with team members in other countries.
  • Two+ years experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
