Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and success.
  • Foster strong relationships with external clients to align on training needs and results.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of learning solutions that utilize evidence-based, learner-centric technologies.
  • Translate innovative ideas into scalable, repeatable, and well-governed solutions across multiple domains.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage technical aspects related to access, approvals, integrations, and data security for internal IT teams and clients.
  • Process purchase requests and ensure timely generation of purchase orders in our procurement platform.
  • Maintain a database of technical information regarding learning technology access requests, troubleshooting, and product support.
  • Create informative content such as sizzle reels, job aids, infographics, and FAQ guides for demos, workshops, and educational sessions on learning innovation and technology.
  • Monitor and maintain an internal knowledge base on emerging trends in learning science and technology.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in project and process management, especially agile approaches.
  • Expertise in creating technical documentation and user content leveraging multimedia and graphic design.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills in a matrixed environment.
  • High level of innovation, creativity, and self-motivation.
