Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to support the development of effective learning resources and activities in educational contexts.


About the Role
  • Design and develop innovative learning experiences in collaboration with internal staff members.
  • Support the team's work with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
  • Work independently or in a distributed team using various collaboration and project management tools.
  • Produce high-quality learning materials to relevant qualification frameworks and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply learning theories, assessment standards, pedagogical practices, and their relationship to educational technologies in designing human-centred learning experiences.
  • Utilise digital education technologies in curriculum design, including learning management systems, audio-visual and interactive media.
  • Bachelor's degree with experience working in the education sector and a proven track record of delivering results.

Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field such as Education or Instructional Design.
  • Experience in designing learning experiences, instructional content, and assessing learner outcomes.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and an ability to be adaptive and innovative using a design thinking approach.
