Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective learning solutions that support our business objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to take on a new challenge and grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to consult with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs, design and develop instructional materials, collaborate with partners and across the enterprise, and implement learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Training Materials: Use your expertise in instructional design techniques and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive training courses.
  • Develop Assessments: Create assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Design Job Aids: Design and develop job aids for instructor-led and online delivery, making it easy for employees to access the information they need when they need it.
  • Develop Learning Objectives: Create clear and concise learning objectives that outline what employees will learn and be able to do as a result of the training.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs and ensure that our learning solutions meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Have experience with the creative use of instructional design technologies and a deep understanding of adult learning theory.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage heavy workloads.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in using Instructional Design software such as Storyline and Captivate.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
