Join us for a role that challenges and inspires. An Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content.

This position supports the Global Learning Service Delivery Strategy in collaboration with subject matter experts from diverse regions and globally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design to create impactful learning experiences
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to identify required learning outcomes and target learner populations
  • Identify effective delivery mechanisms such as e-learning, virtual classrooms, or face-to-face training
  • Create content that aligns with established instructional goals
  • Visualize instructional graphics, user interfaces, and finished products for e-learning modules
  • Provide learner interactivity through exercises, activities, and other forms of engagement
  • Develop supporting materials and media such as audio, video, simulations, role plays, and games
  • Design assessments like tests or quizzes to measure course effectiveness and learner outcomes
  • Identify outdated or poor-quality learning content and suggest improvements or replacements
  • Maintain project documentation, version control, and course folders
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Excellent lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Familiarity with multiple web design technologies (HTML) and multimedia formats (jpg, mp4, mp3)
  • Visual design skills, including proficiency in tools like Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Ability to write clear, concise instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
  • BA or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
  • Certification in Instructional Design is a plus
