  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Source and categorize leads using tools like Google Maps, targeting main roads and industry types.
  • Maintain and update the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details.
  • Identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold).
  • Send relevant information to leads as required.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses.
  • Conduct bulk email marketing regularly.

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales.
  • Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is preferred.
