Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track progress
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Close)
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
