Sales Development Representative Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for interested families, you will be responsible for connecting with parents via phone, generating excitement about our studio experiences, and successfully booking portrait sessions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company.
  • Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
  • Book qualified studio portrait sessions while explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
  • Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
  • Address objections with professionalism and confidence (related to price, legitimacy, scheduling).
  • Document customer interactions in CRM.
  • Consistently meet individual and team KPIs, including a target of bookings per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
