Real Estate Portfolio Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day property activities, overseeing rent collection, enforcing lease terms, and processing accounts payable/receivable through Rent Manager.
- Screen tenants, negotiate lease agreements, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and oversee vendor management.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to tenant inquiries and conducting regular property inspections.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong proficiency in property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements: Proven experience using Rent Manager software is highly preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
