About the Role
- Provide exceptional administrative support and project coordination
- Manage and respond to emails and client communications professionally
- Handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors
- Maintain and update CRM systems effectively
- Assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking
- Coordinate tasks between teams and external partners
- Support lead generation and appointment setting as needed (optional)
- Contribute to marketing efforts such as email campaigns or social media posts (optional)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong written and spoken English – clear, confident, and professional
- Experience in the real estate industry – understands terminology, timelines, and client expectations
- Able to adapt to using AI tools efficiently
- Proficient in CRM systems – experience with Follow-Up Boss is a plus but not required
- A self-starter with high initiative – takes ownership and completes tasks with minimal supervision
- Organized and detail-oriented – capable of managing multiple priorities
- Flexible and growth-oriented – open to training, feedback, and evolving responsibilities
