  4. Educate and empower DevRev users to maximize product potential.">
  5. Provide personalized support and answer product questions as a technical expert.">
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.">
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, product, engineering, and bots engineering.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in a support role.">
  • Proficiency in programming languages: ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, Golang.">
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.">
