At Modern-AI, we're looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Leads the full recruitment cycle for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manages applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable to streamline the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
- Partners with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
- Builds and maintains a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidates must have proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking someone who can support onboarding, manage employee records, collaborate on performance management processes, and support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with ATS platforms; familiarity with Workable Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or other.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
