This is a key leadership position that plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships with national corporate clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to join our Multi-Location Sales team as an Emerging Enterprise Account Director.

About the Role:
  • Purpose: The primary objective of this role is to establish strong relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations, identify opportunities for digital advertising solutions, and develop strategies to meet their business objectives.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect for new accounts across strategic territories and ad agencies, leveraging industry connections and market research to stay ahead of the competition.
  2. Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to renewal, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving repeat business.
  3. Buidling lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels within client organizations, fostering trust, understanding, and effective communication.
  4. Researching clients' business objectives, aligning RidenRoll's Promo and advertising solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  5. Crafting compelling proposals and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, resulting in increased revenue and profitability.
  6. Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to meet specific client needs, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis to drive growth.
Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, particularly in account management and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and cultural backgrounds.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
