Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who have been declined for loans, understanding their concerns, and effectively addressing objections.

Job Description:
  • Engage in inbound calls with customers to understand their financial goals and circumstances.
  • Pitch and sell credit rebuilding products that align with the customer's needs.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to turn potential rejections into successful sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Expertise in objection handling and negotiation.
Benefits:
  • Monthly Salary: ₱31,000-₱36,000.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus up to ₱35,000.
  • Internet Reimbursement up to ₱2,000 Per Month.
  • Annual Paid Company Outing.
  • Paid Time Off Up to 8 Calendar Days Per Year.
