
Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to support our valued clients in maintaining and expanding their relationships.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent client experiences, eager to contribute to client satisfaction, and ready to grow with our organization.
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and past clients to ensure mutual understanding and growth opportunities.
- Prepare for client meetings and follow up on action items to guarantee timely delivery of solutions.
- Understand key customer needs and requirements to provide relevant and effective solutions.
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals for existing clients to enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to generating new sales leads to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for assigned contacts and companies in our CRM system.
- Assist in the maintenance of rate cards, presentation decks, and preparation of case studies to showcase our expertise.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of products and services.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner to maintain client trust.
- Participate in competition monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field to possess a solid understanding of business principles.
- At least 2 to 3 years of previous experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Executive to demonstrate proven sales skills.
- Previous experience with B2B CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent to showcase technical proficiency.
- Experience in project management and coordination to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of marketing and sales principles and practices to deliver results-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently to adapt to changing priorities.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to drive business growth.
- Fluency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
