Financial Operations Role

We are seeking a Revenue Accountant to play a critical role in our Finance department, ensuring accurate and compliant revenue recognition. This position manages the operational and technical aspects of revenue recognition, including reviewing customer contracts, performing revenue allocations, maintaining revenue schedules, and supporting monthly and quarterly closes.

The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting experience, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly revenue accounting close activities by preparing journal entries and performing key account reconciliations.
  • Review standard and non-standard contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition under US GAAP.
  • Manage and maintain NetSuite ARM to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, revenue operations, and FP&A to obtain data and reporting for monthly revenue entries.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in SaaS revenue accounting.
