Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Incoming Calls: Respond to incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Identify opportunities to generate sales leads by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Assess client needs through open communication, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, building trust, and maintaining regular communication.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and reliable information to clients, utilizing relevant methods and tools to ensure seamless communication.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call-handling quotas, to drive business growth and success.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, process accounts, and file documents in a secure and organized manner.
  • Communication Compliance: Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Exceeding Expectations: Go above and beyond to engage clients, provide personalized support, and exceed their expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related process, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

BPO Experience: We require at least 6 months of BPO experience, showcasing your expertise in handling multiple tasks, meeting performance targets, and working effectively in a team environment.

Education: A High School Graduate or equivalent qualification is preferred, along with ALS certification or higher educational attainment such as Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
