We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Executive to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workforce data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement workforce scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-4 years of workforce management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
