Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling product demos, and converting prospects into customers through effective tele calling conversations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in outbound tele calling or lead generation within IT or tech industries. They will also possess basic knowledge of cybersecurity products, solutions, and trends, as well as strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with US-based prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound tele calling to generate qualified leads for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule product demos with decision-makers and prospects to introduce the cybersecurity product.
  • Prospect Engagement: Promote the cybersecurity product's value proposition to potential customers through effective tele calling conversations.
  • Demo Coordination & Follow-Up: Coordinate demo schedules and consistently follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lead Generation Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in outbound tele calling or lead generation within IT or tech industries.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and trends.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRMs such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with US-based prospects over the phone.
