Job Overview

The Insurance Account Manager plays a pivotal role in meeting clients' insurance needs through tailored solutions.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Educate clients on policy options, renewals, and changes.
  • Policy Management: Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs. Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements. Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities. Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions. Process applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently. Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Resolution: Address complex client issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner. Liaise with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to address client concerns.

Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance account management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in managing client accounts.
