Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with Premium merchants, tracking their portfolios, communicating with them, and ensuring excellent service delivery in assigned areas.
Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets for various payment solutions, such as QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products, while promoting product penetration and revenue growth.
Furthermore, the individual will enable new business lines, promote the brand in the marketplace, and address merchant grievances in a timely manner.
Additionally, they will lead day-to-day activities, review team deliverables, and gather feedback from the market on existing offerings and competition insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A self-starter who can take ownership without handholding.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm.
- Strong articulation skills to communicate complex solutions to novice customers.
- Experience in fintech or relevant fields.
- Honesty, trustworthiness, good sales and negotiation skills, and an interest in financial products and markets.
Education is valued, so graduation or post-graduation is preferred.
