The role of a Broking Assistant is crucial to the day-to-day operations of a team. A detail-oriented and motivated individual will provide administrative support to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Purpose:

This role provides critical support in servicing clients with SME commercial insurance and domestic policies. Key responsibilities include preparing quotations, renewals, and policy documents.

  • Support Account Managers in client servicing.
  • Assist in policy document preparation.
  • Liaise with insurers for terms and updates.

The Assistant will also assist in underwriting submissions, risk information, unpaid premium monitoring, and insurance claims.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an insurance or administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
