
Insurance Operations Specialist

The role of a Broking Assistant is crucial to the day-to-day operations of a team. A detail-oriented and motivated individual will provide administrative support to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Purpose:This role provides critical support in servicing clients with SME commercial insurance and domestic policies. Key responsibilities include preparing quotations, renewals, and policy documents.
- Support Account Managers in client servicing.
- Assist in policy document preparation.
- Liaise with insurers for terms and updates.
The Assistant will also assist in underwriting submissions, risk information, unpaid premium monitoring, and insurance claims.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an insurance or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
