Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

">Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels, including emails and live chats.
  • Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Meet team performance targets while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Handle sensitive customer information securely and in accordance with company policies.
  • Implement the latest best practices in customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide expert support.
  • Communicate effectively with development teams and other IT departments.
Requirements for Success:
  • Proficient Chinese and English skills, with upper intermediate proficiency or higher.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the crypto industry.
  • Proven experience in handling live chats and emails.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
