Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Crypto Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails.

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about technology and eager to make a positive impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and effective customer support via various communication channels.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Implement best practices for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Native fluency in Dutch and English B2 communication skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support roles.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to provide support via live chats.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • A positive and responsible attitude.
  • A reliable personal laptop or computer (with at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in technical support.
