We are seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Consultant to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies.

As a Workday Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who leads and implements solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions to solve their most challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, automate and release solutions based on client priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Ensure all solutions meet client specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Lead testing support activities to ensure defects are resolved within satisfactory SLA's.
  • Ensure all Delivery Assurance (DA) Checkpoints are compliant and completed on time.
  • Assist with Data Conversion & Reporting activities as needed.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experienced in PICOF, PECI, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • Extensive experience in XML, XSLT coding.
  • At least 2-4 years of Integration Implementation and Support.
  • Able to Gather, Design, and Build Integration requirements of the client.
