The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of the development, review, and updating of Competency Standards (CS) and Qualifications/Training Regulations (TRs) for prioritized qualifications in various sectors.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technical education and skills development to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and development of the country's workforce.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising the development, review, and updating of CS/TRs in collaboration with industry bodies, academe, labor, national government, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead in benchmarking and comparability of Philippine CS with other countries to ensure the development of a globally competitive workforce.
  • Maintain, monitor, and provide TRs and Quality Procedures Manual relevant to qualifications and standards development.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating programs and projects implemented to ensure they are on track and able to anticipate/address problems.
