  • Serve as a point of contact for clients during Workday implementation projects
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support system integrations between Workday and other applications
  • Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution during and post-implementation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses from reputable university or college institution
  • At least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports etc.
  • Business focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Has experience in working with and leading teams in onshore
