Project Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of moderately-to-highly complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project, including approval, planning, execution and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist leadership in the development and design of new projects by providing research and analysis support.
  • Use formal processes and tools to manage resources, risks, and changes.
  • Manage project status and information through regular briefings, project update meetings, and written reports.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with other work streams, projects, and initiatives to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.

Act as a single point of contact for project status, maintaining communication with stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and address problems through risk management and contingency planning.
