Project Director

The Project Director oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic project plans encompassing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and quality metrics.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project, maintaining accurate status reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project workstreams, identifying dependencies and interdependencies across portfolios.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to capture business requirements and secure commitment to project objectives.
  • Lead steering and stakeholder meetings to ensure timely communication of project status, issues, and risks.
  • Develop and implement risk and issue management processes to resolve problems and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain alignment between project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 8-12 years of experience in project management, including:
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Leading and developing high-performing project teams with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Designing and implementing innovative solutions with significant business impact.
