Job Title: Project Delivery Director

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. This encompasses:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Leadership Development: Provide direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, along with proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Team Lead.
