Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at DITO Telecommunity Corporation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general accounting functions and financial operations, including financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, and profit & loss management.

  • Oversee daily general accounting operations, including managing the general ledger (GL), journal entries, and month-end close processes.
  • Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all company accounts.
  • Prepare, analyze, and update budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and cost control.
  • Streamline financial processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's preferred).
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus.
