About the Position

  • We're seeking a highly skilled technical support professional to join our team.
  • As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative environment working on emerging technologies in the Crypto/Blockchain industry.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our community and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing and assisting user inquiries across all supported platforms.
  • Serve as an escalation point for community/customer experience in high-touch escalations and platform incidents.
  • Accountable for managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Exercise critical thinking skills by establishing root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns.

Your Qualifications

  • Motivated by creating a seamless support experience for our global community base.
  • Curious, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management, technical support, and System Administration.
  • Knowledgeable in UNIX/Linux commands and functions.
  • Experience supporting automated cloud-environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end platform incident management using Zendesk or similar platforms.

  • Jupyter Notebook expertise.
  • MySQL Workbench proficiency.
  • Datadog knowledge.
  • UNIX/Linux command knowledge.
  • Docker and Docker commands expertise.
