Real Estate Outreach Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, assessing their needs and interests, and setting up appointments for real estate agents and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from various lead sources
  • Initiate engagement with leads interested in purchasing properties and assess their needs and levels of interest
  • Set up appointments for real estate agents and brokers
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections via phone and email
  • Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, and calls through the upkeep of a CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on engagement efforts and key metrics
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Cold Caller or Sales Representative
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP)
  • Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
