Senior Business Analyst

A Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business success by bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze complex business problems, developing effective solutions through collaboration with clients and technical resources.
  • Design and implement streamlined business processes and system modifications, aligning with client requirements.
  • Analyze and document intricate business requirements, communicating them effectively to relevant parties.
  • Create comprehensive test case scenarios, overseeing the testing process to ensure seamless integration of client requirements into the system design.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents/user stories to support necessary modifications, facilitating efficient project execution.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is essential (Insurtech or health insurance experience preferred).
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approaches.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
  • Excellent organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes.
  • Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is mandatory.
