As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping our organization drive business success through effective analysis and problem-solving.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions. This may involve planning and designing business processes and system modifications, making recommendations to improve and support business activities, and communicating client requirements to appropriate parties.

In this role, you will also be responsible for gathering business requirements through various techniques, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements and processes, and creating test case scenarios to be used in testing. Additionally, you will assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks and aid in updating process and procedural documentation.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approach to prioritizing work. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
