Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across different regions.
  2. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach.
  3. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  4. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market mapping and talent pooling.
  5. Engage with multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential candidates.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
  7. Stay updated on regional employment trends, compensation practices, and competitive intelligence.
  8. Tailor sourcing strategies to align with regional nuances and cultural expectations.
  9. Ensure all sourcing activities are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  10. Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, with significant expertise in global markets.
  2. Proficiency in HR technology systems.
  3. Experience working in an RPO or staffing agency environment is highly desirable.
  4. Strong sourcing skills, including expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
