We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools.
