About the Role

The ERP Implementation Project Specialist plays a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP implementation projects. This detail-oriented professional is responsible for ensuring high-quality results, client satisfaction, and effective collaboration with project managers to achieve project objectives.

This specialist will assist in planning and coordinating ERP implementation projects, supporting project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in project planning and coordination to ensure seamless ERP implementation
  • Collaborating with project managers to track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update project dashboards
  • Preparing status reports and escalating project risks when necessary
  • Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participating in post-implementation reviews and recommending process improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
