About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented ERP Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, serve as a secondary client contact, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements
  • Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Work Schedule
  • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday
