Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated project manager to lead our NetSuite implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities, as well as the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

The project manager will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

In addition, the project manager will identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. They will conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.

The project manager will lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure. They will oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a significant advantage.
